Georgetown Executive Airport (GTU) Hangar Build
Welcome! We're excited to announce the launch of our GTU hangar build, with construction underway and the first ready-to-move-in hangars anticipated as early as this summer. Built by pilots for pilots, it is designed to support long-term aviation access and a growing airport community. This project represents a significant investment in the future of GTU. GTU Hangar Build Details
Construction for 50 hangars across 4 buildings on 7.3 acres began October 2025 with completion expected by the end of the year.
NE of Runway 18 on Site 5
600 Service Drive, Georgetown, Texas
Includes:

Private taxiway with a run up area connecting to taxiway A for runway 18

T-nested hangars (1050sf)

End caps (1200-1400)

Box hangars (1909sf)

Electric bi-fold doors w/remote

LED lights inside and out

Electric outlets on every wall and a sub-panel in every hangar to prevent electrical shortages throughout the entire building

Building 4 will include an indoor common area (w/amenities), office space, classrooms, and bathroom access both inside and outside.

Ways to Secure Your Hangar
There are two ways to secure your hangar.
1. Short-Term Lease (5 years)

fully executed lease is required to reserve a hangar

priority list is available with a LOI and $1000 refundable deposit

monthly rates start at $1200
2. Equity Option

Must be a qualified investor

One-time capital contribution with a Subscription agreement is required

Includes a long-term leasehold interest (your hangar) for the full term of the ground lease
-
Lease agreement secures your specific hangar selection
