Leasing Options

We are currently offering two options: short term lease or equity ownership. If you are a serious investor, a subscription agreement with a one-time capital contribution is required to guarantee your choice of hangar. For a short-term lease (5 years), a fully executed lease agreement is required to reserve a hangar. Additionally, we are accepting names for our priority list with a signed LOI and refundable deposit of $1000 for a short-term lease. Hangar sizes vary from 1050sf-1909sf with short-term leases starting at $1200/mo.

The GTU hangar build includes buildings located on the northeast corner of the airport where all infrastructure will be built to taxiway A for runway 18/36. Most of the hangars are T-nested with a few box hangars. All hangars are equipped with an electric bi-fold door, large LED lights inside and out, electric outlets on every wall, and a sub-panel in every hangar to prevent electrical shortages throughout the entire building. We are accepting letter of intents and lease agreements now, so contact us for lease and investor options and pricing before another waitlist begins.
