Leasing Options
We are currently offering individual hangar ownership. If you are a serious buyer and want to reserve a hangar, a letter of intent (LOI) with a non-refundable payment or a fully executed lease agreement is required. Please contact us for more details. If you are a short-term renter, we are accepting names for our priority list with a signed LOI.
The GTU hangar build includes buildings located on the northeast corner of the airport where all infrastructure will be built to taxiway A for runway 18/36. Most of the hangars are T-nested with a few small box hangars. All hangars are equipped with an electric bi-fold door, large LED lights inside and out, electric outlets on every wall, and a sub-panel in every hangar to prevent electrical shortages throughout the entire building. We are accepting letter of intents and lease agreements now, so contact us for lease and investor options and pricing before another waitlist begins.
