We are currently offering three investment opportunities - short term, fixed return; long-term equity with profit sharing; and individual hangar ownership. If you are a serious buyer and wish to hold a hangar before breaking ground, a letter of intent with a non-refundable payment is required. Please contact us for more details.
The GTU hangar build includes buildings located on the north east corner of the airport where all infrastructure will be built to taxiway A for runway 18/36. Most of the hangars are T-nested with a few small box hangars. All hangars are equipped with an electric bi-fold door, large LED lights inside and out, electric outlets on every wall, and a sub-panel in every hangar to prevent electrical shortages throughout the entire building. We are accepting letter of intents and lease agreements now, so contact us for lease and investor options and pricing before another waitlist begins.
